Richmond County, Georgia
TractScout reads the county's own parcel and assessor records to surface tracts that are actually developable — the right size, the right zoning, with a road to them — and hands you the owner's name and mailing address so you can start the conversation.
Every listing site shows you what's already for sale. This shows you what isn't.
From an empty map to a stack of owner addresses.
Acreage band, zoning, road access, distance to water, distance to a school, ZIP. The defaults are already tuned for a homebuilder looking at 30 to 150 acres.
Matching tracts draw straight onto the map over streets or aerial imagery. Click one for acreage, zoning, assessed value, flood status and what's already built on it.
Every result carries the owner of record and their mailing address, ready to copy. Export the whole set to CSV and run your mail campaign.

Distance to the nearest existing water service connection, drawn from the utility's own service line inventory.
Distance to the nearest school, with the name and grade range, plus ZIP filtering for the submarkets you already know.
